There is the Grand Californian inside the Disney’s California Adventure Park. It has it’s own private entrance into the park. Check Disney.com for rates and availability.
There actually isn’t a hotel inside The Magic Kingdom- the suite mentioned above can only be won through the Million Dreams give-a-ways.

All the hotels at Disneyland, Paradise Pier, Disneyland Hotel and Grand California are really nice. I stayed at Paradise Pier last summer and it was wonderful. I hear that Grand CA is the “Luxury” one though. Just to let you know if you stay at any of the Disney resort hotels you can use the entrance to CA Adventure through the Grand CA hotel, it’s for resort guests, not just Grand CA guests.

For Disneyland the Top End is the Grand Californian. They will have several rooms in what you are looking for(except the villa’s). They say it is inside of California Adventure, but it really just overlooks it, so you can’t just go walking around the park in the middle of the night. You will have a choice of 3 views(Park, Garden, or Downtown Disney). The Park view will be the most expensive. This hotel has it’s own entrance into Disney’s California Adventure but you have to walk through Downtown Disney to get to Disneyland.
There is also the Disneyland Hotel which is the oldest of the resort hotels. They will also have several rooms in this one but your view will basically be of Disneyland in the distance and parking lots. You will have to walk to the monorail to get to Disneyland. You can also walk through Downtown Disney and go through the Grand Californian to get to California Adventure or down to the main entrance to get to either California Adventure or Disneyland from the main entrance.
Paradise Pier is conisdered the cheapest of the 3 and is also the farthest away. It will have some upgraded rooms, they are nice but they will not be as high end as the other two.
In all of these hotels they have the consierge level which gives you some nice upgrades and are on private floors.

The most plush and delux hotel on Disneyland’s property is the Grand Californian. They also have some pretty amazing restaurants inside. The resort opens directly into the California Adventure theme park and is literally steps away from the Disneyland park.
