luxury hotel in Cabo?
amateur travel asked:
My girlfriend and I are traveling to Cabo in January and need some help finding the right hotel. We’re looking for something secluded and luxurious but have ruled out One & Only, Las Ventanas and Esperanza due to the $1000/night. What would be the next best?

you should go for the budget hotels instead of luxury hotels because budget hotels provide u the luxury also according to my experience
and with this you can save money also

After One & Only, Las Ventanas and Esperanza, your next luxury Resort will be Marquis Los Cabos, It is highly rated by Expedia, and everybody I asked, have an excellent opinion.
It’s located just 8 minutes from San Jose del Cabo, on the Corridor, between The Westin and One & Only.
Enjoy Cabo

Try the Solmar. Beautiful location, right downtown. Walking distance to all of the activities. Cabo Wabo, Giggling Marlin, Squid Roe, etc… If you stay in the others that are on the tourist corridor plan on spending $40.00 a day on cab fares to get downtown.

One of the newest and definetly BEST resorts in Cabo is The Grand Mayan Cabo, it’s big, luxury and breathtaking beautiful.
You don’t have to be a member to stay there and you don’t have to buy anything if you don’t want to to enjoy your stay.
I’ll be in Cabo at the end of january but I will be staying in an all inclusive hotel (Royal Solaris Cabo)

Hola. Yes unfortunately, you will pay huge for seclusion and luxury in Cabo!
The places you have named are some of the most expensive, but you might find a happy medium at the Marquis, or maybe Dreams, or the Westin, or perhaps consider the quieter town of San Jose del Cabo and stay at the crowne plaza or royal solaris or el presidente.
Keep in mind, most of the resorts that have opened in the past 10 years in our resort town are meant for the masses. The Riu’s, the Melia, etc. are nice enough and the price is right, but you will have to share your vacation with alot of other people!

Try the Westin next to Las Ventanas. Also check spincitytravel.com. They list all the hotels in the area with star ratings and guest feedback
