Looking for a luxury hotel in Denver, Colorado for my 18th birthday?
teenagerampage asked:
I actually live in Colorado too, but I just wanted to get away for a few days and stay at a high class, five star luxury hotel. No Holiday Inns or anything. Does anyone have any ideas?

Go to the Brown Palace. It’s a classic. You can have high tea (make reservations early), enjoy lovely restaurants, and first class treatment.
If you want something a bit more modern but equal level, try the Hotel Teatro.

I’d go the JW in Cherry Creek.

The Stanley Hotel. Unless you’ll get creeped out. That’s all I really know of.
Its really cool there. The only creepy things are the bathrooms in the middle of the night. The lights didn’t work in mine and I held it in till morning.

Both the JW Marriott in Cherry Creek and the Brown Palace are great recommendations. It’ll depend on your preference of classic versus modern ambiance.
If you don’t mind driving a little bit out of the city, I highly recommend two similar choices as those previously mentioned. Advantages would be getting the luxury AND (!!!) the fantastic scenery /other options as well.
The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs is old-charm-classic top of the line.
Another choice is the Sonnenalp in Vail. Tranquility, luxury, and walks even in town is just perfect. I suggest you go on a weekend and make sure you have their Sunday brunch!!!
Birthday greetings and enjoy yourself!

It is written all over the place above my answer, so, start making your plans …..IF you can get in….it may already be booked, which would be your loss !!!!
