How much does it cost to purchase a luxury suite in Vegas to live in permanently?

Just curious, does anyone know the price ranges of a luxury hotel suite at The Palms or The Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas? I am not talking about the cost to RENT them for a few nights, I am referring to the cost to PURCHASE the suites to live in permanently. thanks

   I do not know those prices, but you can look up prices for condos in some of the new buildings like Trump Tower and there is a new tower going up but I don’t know what it is called.

   There are no condos to purchase at The Hard Rock. At one time they were planning on a $1B expansion that would’ve included condos, but the market started to tank, so it was cancelled/postponed. There’s been no talk of it in a couple years.

   Palms Place (The Palms) has condos starting at about $500K for 500 square feet to $7M for 7,000 square feet.

   Other hi-rise condos in town start around $350K for a 1 bedroom.
