Do you have documentation of your agreement?  An email or formal letter with the offer?  This would be the best.

Otherwise, like someone else said, go straight past customer service and to the top of the list.  Some one higher up willl get things straightened out for you.  

I'm sorry you had such a crummy time!  I don't blame you for being upset.
