How much money do I need for a 2-week vacation in tokyo?

I’d like to know the average amount of money i will need if i wanna spend 2 weeks in tokyo and probably kyoto, too.
Flight will be about 800€ i guess, but does anyone have some average figures for a hotel and for daily food + everything else? doesn’t have to be a luxury hilton hotel.

If you’re going to tokyo…….
Bring a lot if money!
Most of the money goes to transportation!
Just ask a travel agency for better result!

I don’t know, but if I were you, I’d bring a lot of money, like you would to any city. Part of it will probably be spent on transportation, and more on food, junk, ect. I’d say bring at least 30,000 yen extra for everyday you intend to spend there.
