i want small group tour in france this summer for a couple age 55 who wants to see things and not tourist shop

I WANT TO SEE AS MUCH OF FRANCE IN 2 WEEKS AS I CAN. I DON’T NEED LUXURY- 2 OR 3 STAR HOTELS ARE FINE- I WANT TO EXPLORE BUT NOT MISS THE SIGHTS.

   if you go to Paris, try the restaurant Le Chartier. It’s very cheap, it has good food, and it’s like being in a time warp (maybe the photo will help…) but get there early, because it gets very crowded at lunch.
