There was a Ritz Taipei Hotel, considered a 5 star. It is now called The Landis Taipei Hotel.

there is no Ritz in Taiwan. There is Landis Ritz, but it’s not the Ritz you are asking about. Still a great hotel!

No, but there is a Sheraton. The Lai Lai Sheraton, and a Hyatt Regency nearby
