condo isn’t as much space…they’re better for maybe one or two ppl to live in cuz once you live there, you’ll get so tired of being close to eachother and stuff.

even though it is nice, definitely the house because it’s not so cramped and crowded! family’s are good for houses…

Since you said you’re kinda tired of living in the house…

Plus you’ve got an amazing view, great facilities… tellin’ ya, go with condo!

condos are way expensive, houses are better more spacious!

I would probably have to choose the condo. It sounds AMAZING and the gym sounds great. The house sounds good too, but you would have to pay for a lot of things. I think the condo would be rad.

House. I’d hate having neighbors. And I need space.. and I hate traffic. =]

I was gonna say that before i read it too!
Plus if its downtown you can get to everything easily!
and then you don’t have to take care of a backyard,
yet you still will have everything to comwith it for cheaper!

I bet the real conflict is where you should park your “home.”

I think I would choose the condo.
Personally I WANT to be away from the place & people that live in my community (looongg story) so I wouldn’t mind staying in the house . . .

But also, the condo might be great for now, but the house would probably suit better. I really don’t know.
Both are great choices, so maybe just pick the one that you would really like to stay (hard though!)

Maybe try listing the good & bad of each places.
Example:

Condo
Good: Great recreation time, beautiful view, luxorious
Bad: Very little space, only 3 bedrms

But if you DONT get bored easily, then the house would be a fine choice. Either place would be great!
