I would and have done it for a minute fraction of that cost and actually saw the world, smelled it, tasted it and felt it. . .and then some!
Spending that much and traveling in that style is not going to allow you to see the world other than sitting in the lobby of very expensive hotels and having conversations with other foreigners like you. Your mansions are all going to be in secluded areas behind gates and walls, why not lock yourself up in your own toilet at home. The local Philippine food I ate at the Sar-Sari stand on Boracay while watching the beach will cost you a fortune if prepared on La Cienega Blvd.
To answer your question. . .Yes $100 Mill will be enough for a while!
