For $950 I can go to Cancun, MX for the weekend in a luxury hotel by myself, should I go?

I’m an 18 year old college student who needs a break from it all. In Indiana right now, I can go to Cancun this weekend (Friday til Sunday night) and stay all two nights at a 4 star hotel. I’d be going alone, but I’m sure I could meet people. Would you go if you were me?

   In my opinion that is too expensive for the given time frame. really pay attention to your flight itinerary because you may get there late one day and leave early the last day leaving you only one full day. i am going in July for 5 days 4 nights and i still dont think thats long enough. i am going with one other person and we are each paying $550 each which includes airfare and the Hyatt caribe cancun. We did however book everything several weeks in advance.
