Contact a travel agent for help. That is probably your best bet for this kind of situation.

Cheap and luxury hotel don’t go together! Luxury hotel is rated a 4-5 star - So you need to check the website of the place you’d like to travel to and go from there. Your questions is simply too difficult to answer, much too broad. Good luck.

Luxury hotels usually don’t offer cheap rates ‘coz since they offer the best you pay for everything! That’s why I don’t think you can find cheap luxury hotels. If you want ‘value for money’ then try budget hotels that comes with the basic amenities.
