What is the best luxury hotel/resort you have stayed at and why?
Kiwi Collection asked:
Some hotels/resorts provide such amazing over-the-to experiences for their guests, while others merely provide a “usual” service.
Some hotels/resorts provide such amazing over-the-to experiences for their guests, while others merely provide a “usual” service.
I’m curious which are your favourite luxury hotels/resorts that you have actually stayed at, and what made it such a memorable stay? Please give me some specifics that really made a difference in your overall experience.
“over-the-to” should be “over-the-top”

Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge. It’s hard to beat going out on the observation deck and seeing giraffes and zebras.

are you like trying to stay at the one im going to say?
anyways, in galveston i went to a hotel that had excellent service, the entrance they would do valet parking open your car and get the bags, checkin/out for you, get whatever you needed whenever you need it. the pool had 1 hot tub with a very fancy waterslide into the hot tub, and they had 2 other hot tubs one with a waterfall and one with soapy bubbles, and the pool was very cool, they separated the ‘non’ splash zone from the splash ‘zone’ and the non spalsh zone was with a bar and the splash zone had a voleyball net and right before you enter the pool there was a resturant just like hooters with bars everywhere you looked, and there was a huge bird cage with a parrot. and across from that their was a gym that you had to go down the stairs, and the stairs were ‘gold’ granite. right before you entered that the gift shop was right their it had soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo…. many things in their. and the lobby had 5 dolphin statues and they squirted water out from their mouths. the piano was right before you entered the lobby. their was a fake man and they had the keboard set for you. and when you entered their was the entrance. duh. the entrance was split in half with a two sidded ’staired’ water fountain with crystal clear water and the dolphins where their and they squirted water to each other! and the rooms where set with a two sinked bathroom and the walls where gorgeous. the floors where paved beautifuly. they had 1 flat tv screen in the room and a mini one near your shower and they had snacks laying on your bed. and every room was an ocean view. they had no room with a ‘non’ ocean view! and the hotel was huge. (ps.) they had a spa. any ways thats what made it so memorable.
