I booked a very nice luxury hotel through Expedia.com. I paid over $260 for for one night for one room.

But when me and my husband and our baby got there, the hotel told me that the room is not avialble!

They told me that Expedia.com overbooked and we had to move to a different hotel. The different hotel we were transferred was the worst hotel I have ever been and I cried so much and could not enjoy our trip at all.

I talked to Expedia.com customer service and received a refund for the amount I paid for the luxury hotel. And they said they will give me one additional $75 coupon for our next tip.

But I told them I need at least $260 so i can book the same kind of hotel I wanted to stay. After many many many phone calls and e-mails, they told me they will give me TWO $100 coupons. I said OK, I will take them. Let’s end this.

But now they are saying they can only give me ONE $100 coupon for my next trip. What should I do?
